“Oh those views”
The first thing I have to mention is that thankfully the staff assists you with your luggage even at 6:15 am! This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The whole of Matera is beautiful. This was a last-minute booking and I’m so happy I did. The rooms are gorgeous. They’re built into the caves. “Perfect stay”
A beautiful room with views on two sides. Staff were helpful and friendly especially Antonio at the front desk. Our tour guide, booked privately, never arrived but Antonio saved the day! He gave us a map and a full run down of what we should see. And a bit of history too.
