“Beautiful historic property”
This hotel is like staying in a museum in the center of the historic district. The staff was always available and took care of all of our needs. The rooms were well appointed and had amazing views. There is a rooftop bar. This is a beautiful property

“This is a must for a Southern Italy trip.”
A beautifully restored noble house at the top of Matera. The walk to the breakfast room is worth the price of the room by itself! It goes through the main rooms of the old mansion. “A magnificent palazzo”
What a splendid Renaissance palazzo, renovated to the highest standards! We spent 2 nights here - great location (we didn’t have a car be sure to get directions if you do) and the staff were extremely helpful. Lovely breakfast, quick turnaround on laundry and our room had a beautiful view of Matera.
