“Amazing wee hotel with fabulous sunset views, looking over to Capri!”

The Sea Breeze is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we travel regularly, all over the world. The setting is absolutely beautiful, in the sleepy Marina Della Lobra. Sitting on our balcony watching the sunsets and village life was one of our favourite pastimes. The solarium upstairs boats even better views of the sunset and village, has comfortable sun-beds, tables and chairs and garden furniture, as well as a modern shower,to allow you to cool down. The beach tidal pool is also only a few minutes walk along the coastal path, so a paddle or swim in the clear waters of the sea is also a nice option. The village is a bit out of town but there is a cheap bus service and taxis too, if you don’t mind their expense. We enjoyed a couple of planned trips by Jet2 on their minivan tour of Amalfi as well as the Vesuvius and Pompeii trip (not for faint hearted in 37 degree heat that day!). We also enjoyed the Capri trip, organised by the hotel, which leaves from the Marina right outside the hotel. Go early as the crowds later on in the day on the island are mad! The hotel is spotless and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. There was an issue with our room on arrival, that was not the hotel’s fault, and they went above and beyond to make sure they more than made up for the inconvenience. Breakfasts at the hotel offered fabulous choices and the pistachio cream pastries were a firm favourite! Wonderful first trip to Italy and we would highly recommend.

“The Best Italian Experience”

This hotel is amazing! Staff was very kind and nice! Food was ok, fruit youghurts especially 😁🍧 The rooms are wonderfull! Everything is clean, small, but cozy! I will rate this hotel with 5 stars here ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Also, it's near the town Sorrento, so the location is nice!

“Seaview room, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful small hotel”

Small and very friendly hotel. We booked a Seaview twin room (104) which was light bright and modern. Good shower room. Beds very comfy. Cleaned every day. White quality bedding/towels. Small and very friendly hotel. We booked a Seaview twin room (104) which was light bright and modern. Good shower room. Beds very comfy. Cleaned every day. White quality bedding/towels. Small fridge, balcony, free cental air con. Breakfast buffet amazing, eaten inside or on the terrace overlooking the Marina. Staff friendly and helpful, just ask for anything and they will do whatever they can to help. Drinks available from bar (ask at reception). Boat trips from Marina outside hotel were easy and excellent. A few bars and restaurants (busy with all nationalities giving enjoyable fun atmosphere) and shops nearby. There is a limited bus service from close to hotel but not always reliable. The walk up the lane to the main bus terminal/ Massa Lubrense is steep and we struggled in high humidity. The buses from ML run regularly to Sorrento. This area of Italy doesn't have sand beaches so beach shoes are needed for swimming off the rocks. This is a quiet Italian area with friendly people and great views. If you are looking to party hard surrounded by only English people, this is not the area for you. We had a great time at this hotel.

Stayed here a week with jet2 we did not book for a sea view but luckily we got one at no extra charge based in the harbour of La Lobra has its pros and cons and not for everyone but we loved it two restaurants and a snack bar and a small shop were to buy bus tickets we bought fresh made fresh bread sandwich from him most days also just up past the church there is a lemon grove restaurant.Bus up to Massa Lubrense only runs a few times a day again mostly we walked up as a taxi is €20 and the bus times sometimes didn’t suit or plans we are in our late 50,s and the fastest time was 16min the slower walk 20min to Massa then bus to Sorento.The Hotel room was fairly big nice wood effect tiled floor.Modern shower room with toiletries.The breakfast was very good boiled eggs scrambled eggs beans some days hotdog sausages and bacon fresh fruit cheese and ham the croissants were fantastic cakes amazing choices.The staff were all friendly.The internet only worked the first 2 days of our stay and never got resolved we asked every day luckily we had been in the two bars and was picking up there’s.We booked the Capri trip but not the Positano one we got the bus to Massa Lubrense then on to Sorento buying a €10 Sita bus 24hr bus pass that lets you travel all the way to Amalfi town and gives you the ability to hop on and off any stops along the way.Pompeii and Herculaneum are free every 1st Sunday of the month so train from Sorento was our choice.One day we went up to see the roof terrace lots of chairs but only one sun bed unsure if they wanted people to be up there we never asked so can’t comment as we were swimming every day at the first beach bar.The balcony on our last morning was infested with ants and didn’t want to use it we reported it but this can happen as there are 3 rooms sharing the balcony with dividers in between so someone might have left food out the night before I am sure the house keeping staff would have sorted it.There is a local tourist tax payable on the last day so our one week stay was €20. Definitely would recommend a stay here and enjoyed our stay
