“Great Hotel”

“Professional and Customer Oriented”
I need to state up front that I have yet to stay here but I wrote to 6 hotels ( 4 and 5 star) in Naples concerning their air conditioning facilities in the summer (need A/C for health reasons) and they were the only hotel professional enough to answer me. I will be booking shortly.
