“Ottimo per trasferte di lavoro”

Hotel Futura is a great Hotel, I went in Campania for work and I was satisfied by the hospitality and the people. The room was big and comfortable. I suggest to improve the foods in the breakfast. Basically I liked my experience there.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and while there were some positives, there were also several disappointments. Upon arrival, I requested a room with an exterior window, as I had read reviews recommending this. Although they didn't have one available that night, they were able to move us to a room with an exterior window the next day. On the first night, we had a room with a window facing an internal hallway, which made it impossible to ventilate. It's concerning to encounter rooms with false windows, particularly in a 4-star hotel. Rooms with exterior windows are limited and face the front of the hotel. Breakfast was a letdown. It was served from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, but by 8:00 AM, many items, like butter and cheese, were already gone. The omelette and boiled eggs were cold, and we had to repeatedly ask for more coffee, as the staff was not proactive in restocking. The selection heavily favored sweet pastries, and the breakfast staff seemed both arrogant and uninterested when approached. On a positive note, the front desk staff was polite and helpful, which was appreciated. Additionally, if you're without a car, bus no. 169 stops directly in front of the hotel and goes to Naples. However, it's often referred to as the "ghost bus" due to its unreliable schedule. In the mornings, it takes about 40 to 50 minutes to reach Naples (despite the short distance), and in the evenings, particularly after 7:00 PM, you could be waiting up to an hour, and the bus is usually full. Housekeeping was satisfactory in terms of daily cleaning and towel changes, but during our 7-day stay, the bed sheets were not changed once, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Overall, while the staff at the front desk and housekeeping made an effort, the issues with the room, breakfast, and bus service left much to be desired.
