“Don't believe everything you read”
We're currently staying at this hotel and are very happy. The standard double room is lovely, clean, modern and the shower is wonderful. Breakfast is good and replenished quickly. “The hotel has many good points”
The hotel has many good points for example helpful friendly staff but feels badly managed, leading to a failure to maintain consistently good standards. We never saw anyone in charge overall.
