“Cassino experience”
I visited Cassino with four friends to pay my respects to all who fought in the battle for Monte Cassino, especially my father who was a17 year old polish soldier. “Perfecto! And moving.”
What a wonderful experience. Cassino is a 'must do', particularly for Kiwis as we are, and Hotel La Place wonderfully accommodating. The history and significance of the area is brought alive by the host Pino who we can't recommend high enough. Thank you.
