“Couple trip”
It was a good place to stay.There was a big breakfast.The room viewis excellent.We can see the big canal from our window.The breakfast saloon is a little small.The hotels location is very useful.The train station is very close the hotel.

My daughter, with reduced mobility, had her special need stroller mishandled by the airlines was not available for use. This is a delightful hotel close to the train station, the bus terminus and vaporetto jetties and is perfectly placed to explore the amazing city of Venice. “NO AC until after April 15 - be aware of this before booking”
We would have rated the hotel excellent EXCEPT for the fact their website did not disclose that they do not turn on the AC until April 15th (there are no ceiling fans) so the rooms are hot and no way to cool down unless you open the window.
