Hotel location is very convenient, especially for tourists - it is close to the Venice central Train and Bus stations (2-3 minutes to walk). So many shops, souvenirs and cafes are nearby. You can easily walk to all main attractions in Venice. San Marco - 25 Minutes of walking. Waterbus stop is also nearby. Friendly staff. Small, but very clean and comfortable rooms. 3-star hotel, it has everything you need for a short stay in Venice (3-4 days). Some dislikes: There is no lift. WiFi password is needed each time you login. Bathroom cabin is too small. Overall, very good option to stay in Venice for 3-4 days and enjoy the city.

“Great Location, but over priced for the condition ”

Well first thing is first. We last minute booked via Expedia. The hotel is in a great location, close to the bus and water taxis. Well first thing is first. We last minute booked via Expedia. The hotel is in a great location, close to the bus and water taxis. As we checked in with receptionist, she told us about the tax we still owed. She would not let us pay for the city tax via credit card. So reluctantly, we paid in cash(Euro). Kinda rude about it. Then we went to our room....small dim and run down. Then we noticed twin beds(hard as a rock!), so we went back to the hotel desk and asked for a double. She said "No, because you booked last minute". I was like whatever. So after getting back to our room, it was Ok at best. But not worth the $198 euro a night. The carpet had a big stain, the mattress was horrible. To top it off the mosquitoes seem to ingest the room. There were smooshed mosquitoes (with blood smears) on the walls and ceiling. Kinda thought they would clean that up. The best thing about this hotel is the location. For breakfast, the dinning room was full, so the clerk was like sorry no room. But they made us a tray and we took it to our room instead. So, if your in a pinch and can spare some luxury, it might be worth it. Next time I come to venice, I am going to stay somewhere else.

The room was small dark and the two single beds together to make a double would have to be the worst bed Ive ever slept in.The breakfast was poor sorry cannot improve on this review but its close to the train station and bus station

We were there for two nights, it's in an extremely convenient location with the train station being just a short walk away, the staff were also great in giving us helpful tips for navigating the city.
