“Staff are top notch”
I stayed here for one night when I first got to Bologna. The service was absolutely outstanding. We accidentally booked at The Emma Hotel in a different area but the staff at the one we were at let us stay for the night for free. The room was beautiful and so was the rest of the hotel. “New hotel”
Nice and clean rooms…!!Towels and sheets changed every day….Nice people willing to help….The hotel is new so everything is new and clean. Delicious Buffet breakfast with many options…. Definitely recommend it!!!!We will be back for sure!!!
