The hotel staff here are superb! From the front desk staff to the restaurant staff, everyone here took pains to make sure you were satisfied. The room was large and spotless, the bed comfy, and the lighting good. The breakfast buffet was incredible, and I loved every fruit, pastry, egg that there was. Restaurant staff were particularly helpful, as I have allergies. Thanks to Nadia (I believe that was her name) who worked breakfast and dinner, always with a smile. The only drawback was the horrible Wi-Fi…it kept dropping every 10-12 minutes, forcing you to re-authenticate. The staff reported it, rebooted all APs, but it was hopeless. There was a trouble ticket with tech support when I left. Still, I was there for 5 nights, and the only time I had steady internet was from 1-3 pm, before the hotel got crowded. Be aware that it is a 27 Euro cab ride into Bologna. On weekends, central Bologna becomes a pedestrian-only zone, and getting into Bologna in the morning was fine, but no cab would take me back to the hotel, no matter what taxi app I had. Why should they? On weekends, the entire community and its surroundings come to Bologna, and taxis can quickly earn money locally, they don’t have to go out to the boondocks to return you to this hotel. As a result, I waited 1 hr and 10 mins for a return ride, which was a black Car Uber (there’s no regular Uber) at a whopping $71 US. Just setting expectations….

“Amazing staff”

Very good hotel. Good location with parking available. The staff made our holiday even more special. Anna at reception, Bianca and Vicenzo at the restaurant are amazing. I truly recommend this place for your stay.

The room was clean, polished, and uncluttered. The atrium was well lit and spacious with seating and benches around an indoor tree. From the moment we got there the staff was friendly, helpful, and generous. I had lost my passport earlier in the day and they kindly informed me of the nearest US … more

The room was clean, polished, and uncluttered. The atrium was well lit and spacious with seating and benches around an indoor tree. From the moment we got there the staff was friendly, helpful, and generous. I had lost my passport earlier in the day and they kindly informed me of the nearest US consulate to obtain an emergency passport and the nearest 24/7 photobooth to take my passport photo. It is a nice oasis to come back to after a long day.

Recently stayed 3 nights in this hotel,the location is a little bit outside Bologna centre but was easy enough to get there by taxi. The hotel itself was quite impressive on arrival, the reception staff were very helpful and gave us all the necessary information that we needed ,orders taxis when required and gave us general directions in which areas to visit during our stay. The room itself was a reasonable size and very clean,good size bathroom with a large walk in shower, the room had all the usual amenities,tea,coffee,water in a small fridge which was quite handy,large flat screen tv and usb outlets beside the sockets.The Beds themselves were comfortable and had no issues sleeping. I have to say I thought it was very reasonably priced but possibly because it was a little further out. That being said it meant that it was very quiet ,very little noise whatsoever. We did go to the hotel lobby bar a couple of times,there was a party of nine of us and Davide who worked behind the bar could not have been more helpful and made us feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble as he looked after us. Enjoyable stay.
