“Very Enjoyable First Stay!”
Our travel advisor recommended the hotel Bologna airport for our stay just prior to our departure from Italy. These staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. “Such a pleasure to return.”
The staff exhibited a genuine concern to deliver a great visitor experience. Our package included a breakfast but we were unable to take advantage of it because of a very early flight. They cheerfully exchanged the breakfast for a airport shuttle.

The first receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful, the floor in the room was sticky and dirty(spilled coffee from previous guests, fingernails on the bathroom floor, mold in the showers).
