“Family trip”

Spacious and clean room in a very quite environment. The location is perfect ether for the city centre or getting access to the highway. That gave us the opportunity to visit Venice and Verona in two consecutive days driving for just an hour respectively!…………………………………..

“One night stop”

We stopped for a night on a long trip. The location is industrial that’s why the 4 points. The hotel is nice, spacious and very clean room and bathroom, cosy beds. The staff is very kind, the breakfast was very good. Absolutely recommended, for an overnight stay

“Nice hotel, but VERY misleading about "convenience" of location”

We just stayed 5 nights, using this location as a base to explore Bologna, Verona, Padua.... The hotel itself was fine. Large,clean room, helpful staff, decent breakfast. We just stayed 5 nights, using this location as a base to explore Bologna, Verona, Padua.... The hotel itself was fine. Large,clean room, helpful staff, decent breakfast. Nice shower (compared to other places we've stayed); decent storage space... Very convenient to have a Lidll and Aldi right next door. Main room annoyance was the lack of plugs on the sides of bed. Who doesn't want to charge their phone, etc on nightstand while sleeping. And it's even more necessary when traveling with CPAP. Weird thing was there was a single plug in the CENTER of the bed area, 1-2 feet above the mattress, which is obviously VERY poorly planned and inconvenient. Trying to plug stuff in and running cords to the sides/night stands! And you keep hitting the cords, dislodging, while trying to sleep. I would have given a solid 4 rating, but there was another issue that drove me nuts!! When we travel, I specifically want places convenient to the train station, since we are traveling without a car. Half the reason we booked this location, instead of Bologna, was because the home page of hotel states good for tourists because the "city center and railway station are CLOSE TO THE HOTEL"---WRONG!! The railway station is a 27 minute walk away (per Google maps), and the city center is a 42 minute walk per Google!. That is NOT convenient when hauling luggage, especially since there are NO sidewalks from the bus station to hotel (have to walk on narrow shoulder of road!) The bus station is only a 6 minute walk, but the bus only comes every 30-60 minutes, depending on day/time! That is obviously NOT "convenient for tourists". Again, the hotel itself is nice, but I would NOT stay here again due to the lie about the "convenient" location

Polite staff, especially the nice young man who was on duty when we arrived late in the evening, though he did not offer to help with luggage, perhaps that is their policy. Polite staff, especially the nice young man who was on duty when we arrived late in the evening, though he did not offer to help with luggage, perhaps that is their policy. Rooms are simple, cleanliness excellent. Good quality, comfortable beds and good pillows. Location is in an “industrial “ area, parking is free but limited and in some cases way too far from the entrance. Though they claim that "basic toiletries" are provided, for two people there was one tiny envelope of something marked "intimate wash", and ONE shower cap. That was IT. Arriving to the room exhausted and undressing after a long trip only to the discover that toiletries (even soap??) were "available ONLY on request and must be *fetched at reception*" is a very unpleasant surprise. Breakfast stops at 10:00. Got to the breakfast room at 9:30 and they were already cleaning up. What remained was average, though the fresh oranges and juice-making machine were a nice touch. Coffee (both bar and breakfast room) was NOT good at all.
