We enjoyed our stay here and we very pleased with the service. Only thing lacking was that we were not helped bringing in our luggage, If you are arriving by car, be aware that you must drive one short block into a pedestrian area before the right turn to the hotel. This is a hunk of brutalist architecture dropped into the middle of Piacenza; there’s a reason there are no photos of the outside.
