“Basic lodging, good location, needs updating”
Belvedere is conveniently located on the lungomare and 20 minutes from FCO by car. The property looks like it has not been updated in 20+. There had been 2 restaurants on the ground floor but they closed this past winter. The rooms are basic but clean.

“Friendly but basic ”
Friendly staff but the room was very basic. Location was lovely, on the sea front. Breakfast was pretty limited but the staff were helpful. Wanted to leave luggage after check out but they didn’t even log how many bags we had left and it didn’t seem particularly reliable.
