“Outstanding”
I can be picky, but this place and the owners are great. Fantastic place, clean rooms, very welcoming. The area is also very nice and it feels like living in Rome as a Roman. There is AC in all rooms, breakfast is good. Simply perfect.

“Fantastic home base for visiting Rome- live like a Roman!”
We had a wonderful stay at BB Anni 50 in late April 2018. The beds were very comfortable, continental breakfast in a nice sunny room, and situated on a quiet residential street in an upmarket Roman neighbourhood. “Lovely little gem ”
Such a beautiful little b&b me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week not hard to get to so peaceful. Great price and the family that run it are lovely :). “Unique with a nice atmosphere”
Anni50 BB has a nice, unique atmosphere with its individually designed rooms and very friendly staff. I left my ID card in my hotel room and the hosts took it to the airport after me as soon as I phoned them. :)
