“Highly recommended”
The booking process was smooth and efficient. Russel was there to give us a warm welcome. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. One small improvement would be china instead of paper cups and a few more tea bags. Aside from that the bed is comfy and it’s perfectly located. I’d definitely return.

“Great stay!”
A charming small hotel in a convenient location. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had arranged to drop our luggage early and they had a room available and were able to let us in early. We loved the old-fashioned elevator!

Great room, shower great manager of rooms fyi he is not on site all day but contactable. I arranged time of arrival he let me in and stayed one night . 10 min walk from termini . “Wonderful piece of cozy room”
Great & nice rooms but old due to very nature of Rome. The rooms were very nice and may not be a 4 star but a 3 star for sure. The guy who is managing is so nice and helped us from airport to home and sent out pictures. May be a bit expensive but definitely a jewel in heart of Rome. I would def… more
