The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Rome, within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. The facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with air conditioning. The staff are extremely courteous, helpful, and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast menu offers a great variety, with both an extensive continental selection and a high-quality cooked option. I would certainly recommend H10 Palazzo Galla to anyone visiting Rome

“Bellisimo!”

We stayed four nights before our cruise and LOVED this hotel! Fabulous location! Amazing staff and service! Great room with awesome views. Rooftop terrace that was wonderful for watching a Roman sunset! So happy with our selection of this hotel to start an awesome vacation!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at H10 in Rome. The staff were excellent, especially Edwin, the bellhop. We were running a bit late for our train and he helped us orient ourselves and find our taxi. He was very attentive and kind. The front desk staff were also exceptionally helpful. The rooftop bar is STUNNING with great views, drinks and food.

“Lovely Hotel”

We had a 5 night stay at the hotel last week during the heatwave! The public areas in the hotel were beautifully decorated and furnished which gave it a contemporary designer feel. We booked a superior Roma room which was located at the front of the hotel facing the road. We could hear the traffic outside but it wasn’t bothersome. The room was large and again had designer furnishings and a beautiful bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and extra large. There was a fridge/mini bar in the room stocked with a few beverages and snacks. We had complimentary water each day in the room and we put a bottle in the fridge to cool but the fridge didn’t get above room temperature, consequently the water was warm. We mentioned this to reception and they said if you put anything of your own in the fridge it doesn’t then work. We have never heard of such a thing and we’ve stayed in many hotels with a fridge in the room. The breakfast was not value for money. The choice was very limited, with bite size pastries and a couple of cakes, little choice of breads, which often ran out. Jam was liquid from a dispenser. The milk was stood on the counter and not in ice to keep it cold. Cold meats and cheese, and a small selection of fresh fruit. No fruit yogurts, just plain yogurt from a dispenser. Fresh orange had to be ordered and we were given half a glass every time, so ordered more. It was obviously being rationed! Often our order for breakfast tea came wrong or not at all. There was a menu for hot dishes including eggs of various types which wouldn’t fill anyone. The sausage was bite size and bacon you could snap. The tables were not cleared of used plates etc quickly enough while eating and we had to put them on chairs to make room for the rest of our breakfast. Staff did not circulate enough in the lower breakfast room or ask if there was anything else we needed. We had to attract their attention. This was not the breakfast we expected at a luxury hotel. The rooftop bar was comfortable with amazing views. We were given a complimentary cocktail voucher on arrival and when we tried to order from the cocktail menu were told the voucher was for a spritz or soft drink! Neither are cocktails. We mentioned this to reception and said how misleading the vouchers are but they just dismissed this and made their excuses. The vouchers need to be re-worded. Generally the staff were polite and friendly. The hotel is in a fantastic location only minutes from the Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Forum etc. Plenty of good restaurants within a short walk. Overall the hotel is great but the breakfast lets it down.
