“HOtel”

The hotel is very clean and in a very central location means the location is really good if you want to walk around 100 150 meters after the Termini Station. The only bad diabetic point is the breakfast is everything except its fine.

Hubby and myself stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is excellently located both for connections to major airports and metro, train station and buses. It is also within a pleasant walking distance to the major attractions. As for the hotel itself it has very pleasant, elegant interiors and the staff is equally nice and helpful. The breakfast was abundant, with yummy pastries and rolls. The air conditioned room was very clean and fresh smelling, had a well supplied bar, comfortable beds and a clean bathroom with soft towels and a bidet ! On the downside one major disappointment was the coffee, which for all three mornings was disgusting to say the least. It was either stale (reheated) or else no coffee at all but a barley substitute. It did not even smell like coffee. Considering this is Italy this was a major let down, since for the Italians coffee is sacred ! We had to make up for this with an excellent coffee at Florian's Bar a few metres away. Another downside was the orange juice which is no juice at all but a simple squash. Our room was on the road and during the night the hum of traffic and nightlife can be a nuisance for those not used to it. Ear buds are recommended. Having said all this I still highly recommend this hotel. It is not a purposely built hotel but a grand building converted into 3 separated hotels, so don't be put off by the main entrance, since it is quite shabby. However once in the hotel rooms (first floor served with lift) the interiors are very elegant and overall your stay will be a memorable one.

“Very convenient location, average stay”

Very near to Termini, less then a kilometre. Very frequent bus services just outside the hotel and metro B just a block away. We booked a triple room, which was specious, bed was good. Bathroom good. Very near to Termini, less then a kilometre. Very frequent bus services just outside the hotel and metro B just a block away. We booked a triple room, which was specious, bed was good. Bathroom good. Room has fridge and safe. Breakfast average Italian type, but adequate. Actually 3 hotels share same building and floor, so congestion at breakfast room. WIFI only in breakfast room, not in ur room. Very nice staff. Lift drops u at midway between reception and rooms, i.e. on 1.5 floor, so don't take ur heavy luggage to reception which is on 1st floor on check in, otherwise u will have to carry ur luggage back to ur rooms on 2nd floor. Overall good if u dont plan to enjoy the hotel but plan to enjoy the city!!!!

The hotel is very close to Termini Station in a quiet neighbourhood.The place is easy to find and u can reach it in about 10 minutes walk from Termini Station.There is a Supermarket across the street and a pharmacy.There are some restaurants really close to this hotel.The single room is really small and in 409 it was a funny smell.Everything is really clean and the staff is very helpful.
