Fantastic location central to most attractions. Excellent breakfast and resturant. Rooms Traditional with tea ,coffe and fridge, spotless clean and cleand every day. We stayed a week on our 2nd visit. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and professional.

If you are looking for a hotel that is as central to everything in the city as possible, then this is it. If you are looking for a comfortable place to rest your head at night whilst recovering from an exhausting day walking around the amazing sights and history that the eternal city has to offer, then this is your place. We stayed as two couples in two double rooms for four nights and it was everything we needed. The included breakfast was lovely. The bed large and comfortable. The rooms clean and sufficient. I must also give extra special mention to Stefano and Patrick at the concierge desk. So pleasant and welcoming and nothing too much trouble, even when we requested to change rooms after our first night. They were so knowledgeable and passionate about their wonderful city, highlighting places of obvious interest as well as recommending areas less well known but just as beautiful, including local traditional tavernas. They were a credit to the hotel and made our stay just perfect. We plan to return. Thank you.

This hotel is perfectly situated for everything you could possibly want to see and do in Rome. Around 20 minutes walk to the colosseum, 30 minutes to the Vatican, 5 minutes to the Trevi fountain. The hotel is small but well maintained and kept beautifully clean! Rooms aren’t particularly modern, but they are functional and there is a safe to secure key items. There is a small lift so you won’t need to worry about stairs (unless it’s not working of course). The hotel has excellent staff, they’re attentive, friendly and helpful no matter what time of day. There is a bar which stays open until around 10pm each day it’s very small but it’s comfortable after a long day of walking. There is a restaurant next door that’s joined to the hotel where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable rates, but I would suggest taking a wander around and experiencing more authentic Italian cuisine, lots of side streets with hidden gems that offer amazing food in quaint, authentic settings. Avoid places near big attractions as the prices are overly inflated just because of location. There is a small mini-mart opposite, a coffee shop round the corner, some gift shops close by and a wonderful gelato shop across the road that does all sorts of flavours, plus crepes, smoothies and hot and cold drinks! All in all an excellent stay!! We stayed as a group, but we saw families, couples and singles there.

Just back from 4 nights in Hotel Hiberia with two friends and very impressed with this hotel. Its in a perfect location about 5 minutes walk from Trevi fountain and all the main sights are within easy walking distance, even the Vatican. From check in to departure the staff were excellent, organising taxis when required and giving helpful advice, this is an old fashioned hotel that takes pride in customer service. We had 3 rooms all of which had a double bed and modern ensuite and large flat screen tv and were cleaned and towels replaced every day. There is plenty to see and do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel with a small supermarket across the road and a nice bar, bar teatro just around the corner which is great for sitting outside and watching the hussle and bussle, We dined in the restaurant joined on to the hotel on our first night due to late arrival and were pleasantly suprised at the food, atmosphere and service. We will return to rome as 4 days is not enough and we will defintely return to Hotel Hiberia.
