We loved Hotel Modigliani. Great location, on a very quiet street but only a 25 minute walk to The Forum or a 4 minute walk to Metro Barbarini. Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms small but functional. Bed comfy, shower great. Water provided daily in the room. Breakfast was very good. “So close to being an ideal spot!”
This would be an ideal place to stay if you prefer a very firm bed and don't need a dark room to sleep: the curtains let in lots of light in the morning and the A/C unit casts a light bright enough to read by when it's on.
