“Poor and ghastly check in with long walk to the hotel from reception”
The hotel would have scored better but for the fact that the day before we arrived we were told to check in at the Golden Tulip Piram which is half a mile away. We were given no assistance with our luggage and poor directions to get to the hotel with a multitude of codes to get into the place. Thus… more
