“Nice place”
Nice rooms. Clean. Spacious bathroom. Away from the busy tourist area of town. Beautiful and classy lobby. Stayed here as part of a Trafalgar tour. Seems to have good service. Seems safe, especially since the police stay there when they have to work concerts at the nearby concert venue.

“Better stay at Novotel EUR”
Looks impressive but sadly let down by lack of service. The beds were too firm, noisy position, ridiculous doors to rooms that they don't explain on check-in results in continual banging of guests trying to close doors. Hate the tiny paper tea cups! Novotel EUR was much better
