“Good experience!”
I stayed at the hotel for a total of 6 nights, 4 days at the beginning and a couple of days two weeks later. Initially I was assigned a room that looked nothing like the pictures on their website, with steps going down from entrance door to room, making it an awkward design. The staff was very help… more

“ENJOYABLE HOTEL VISIT IN ROME”
We stayed at the Smeraldo hotel in Rome for 6 nights on a family vacation. The hotel is in an excellent location to visit sites in Rome. The outside bar on the roof was very pleasant and a nice place to relax. The front desk was terrific, especially Leonardo who made a hectic vacation very calming.
