We stayed at Je Rome Hotel for our honeymoon, and from the very first moment, we felt something special. I have honestly never experienced this level of service and genuine kindness before. Every single staff member, from housekeeping to the waiters to the team at the front desk, greeted us with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. It did not feel rehearsed or formal. It felt real. Attentive, generous, and effortlessly professional. The hotel itself is immaculate. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously. Our room was spotless every single day, and the entire property feels maintained with pride and precision. There is a sense of calm that comes from knowing you are in such capable hands. The interior design is absolutely stunning. Luxurious without being overwhelming. Elegant without feeling distant. You can see that every detail has been carefully considered, and being surrounded by such beautiful aesthetics made our stay feel even more magical. And the location… simply perfect. We did not use the metro once because everything was within walking distance. Exploring Rome straight from the hotel door felt like a dream. At one point, we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon. Later that day, when we returned to our room, there was an ice bucket with a bottle of champagne waiting for us, a thoughtful gift from the hotel. That small gesture meant more than they probably know. It made us feel seen and celebrated. The waiters deserve a special mention – especially Tau. They were incredibly kind, funny, and down to earth. Always attentive, yet never intrusive. They created such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that we genuinely looked forward to every breakfast and every interaction. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for giving us such a beautiful and memorable stay. This will absolutely not be our last visit to Je Rome Hotel. Tusind tak 🇩🇰✨

A great location from which to explore Rome. The rooms are very well presented, plenty of room, excellent bathrooms and comfortable beds. The welcome and service were everything we could have asked for. We had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant and the breakfasts were outstanding. The gym is a little on the small side but very well equipped. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay here and I loved that so many interesting things were so close. It took me a day or two to get my bearings and to understand how the street signs worked so I wouldn’t get lost. Most famous attractions (Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, beautiful churches) are within walking distance so you save on cab fare. Nevertheless it’s a very pricy hotel and I only stayed here because I had planned to meet a family member but they were unable to come so I ended up mostly alone which wasn’t bad at all. I felt safe and really enjoyed myself here. Majority of people, workers and shopkeepers in Rome were friendly and kind. Some were rude or racist but I simply didn’t purchase anything from them, problem solved. I’d never been to Italy before so this was a wonderful first experience. Staff at the hotel are top notch, professional, friendly and helpful and they recognized me and were welcoming as I returned from my day, that’s rare and special. I’d say I got what I paid for. Worth every penny.

“Disappointing ending to our stay”

The hotel is in a good location and reasonably priced when traveling with family of 4. The hotel I picked because it was newer. It already is showing signs of wear and tear from cheap choices. The hotel is in a good location and reasonably priced when traveling with family of 4. The hotel I picked because it was newer. It already is showing signs of wear and tear from cheap choices. Will there be a budget to fix. Probably not. This is no frills or service. Like asked to mail a postcard not possible. Beds are okay do not have down comforters or pillows. Most the staff was good minus a young many in the morning. (Friday am) I probably would not have written but was supper annoyed on our morning going out and got down to breakfast at 715 and they open at 730 and they could not accommodate us even for something small. That to me is really bad. Now the irony here is how much they tried to push their restaurant on me during our stay!! When I emailed for help with a reservation they didn’t respond. I emailed again didn’t get help finally when they sent another annoying email pushing there pick up services I said something and they got back with the one I wanted was closed but I could go to their restaurant!
