The location was fantastic! It is right by the street for shops, walking distance to a handful of sights, heaps of restaurants around, a great grocery store 2 min walk away, metro a min walk away. Free refill of filtered water behind reception with a little coffee/tea station. We had a view if Piazza Baberini which was great. Bed was comfy and the bathroom met my needs. The staff were fantastic with Simone at check in and Claudio who helped during late hours in the evening with an emergency! Not a fan of the breakfast by the cafe across the road due to inconsistency and oily. Not a fan of the foam for hair and body wash, perhaps a gel could be better. A coat of paint for the room would be good.

Currently staying here and I recently lost my phone which the lovely Cristina who was working in reception helped me find and went out of her way to ring taxis and help me with the language barrier credit to your team

We booked this guesthouse for 4 days while traveling to Rome. I've been staying at hotels and guesthouses for some years, but this is the first time I've gotten phonecalls from the hotell/guesthouse, not once, but twice. First about a week before arrival, the second the same day we arrived. They just wanted to confirm our stay and time of arrival. The room was clean and of good size. A couple of downsides. There are no sign outside. The only indication is a small tag on the doorbell. We actually had to call the guest house to ask for the entrance. A lot of traffic and noice outside. This not something I consider as negative with this place, after all, its located smack in the middle of Piazza Barberini, noice is what you have to expect. Breakfast: They don't serve breakfast at this place, but you get a coupon for a place across the street. You can choose between continental or italian style breakfast. Juice and coffee is included. The food wasn't something to write home about, so probably find somewhere else to eat The staff, as I wrote in title "when they were there". This was no joke. There were someone there when we arrived. Also there were someone sitting in the reception a few hours in the morning, other than that, no one except the ones that cleans the room. This gave us a challenge when we forgot our key in our room while going across the street for breakfast. I tried calling 5 times to the main number, but no one answered. Fortunately the check their e-mail regularly and luckily they can remotely open the doors. A bit of a hazzle, but it had a happy ending. A pluss was that the rooms were clean, got fresh cleans towels every day, its close to EVERYTHIING, including the metro (unfortunately the metro station is closed for the time being) and the price was quite affordable :)
