Very clean and comfortable, great central location and friendly service. Would definitely come back here.

Small shower in 4th floor room. Comfortable bed & terrace with table & chairs. Juice, coffee, cakes, toast provided. Fridge available for your own food. Helpful English speaking hosts. Free WiFi. Ground floor apartment spacious with own kitchen and more accessible shower. Towels provided. Quite noisy but this must be expected in a city centre area. Lots of nearby bars & restaurants. The directions given were excellent and I found it first time.

“nice appartment”

location is close to termini station. Noise from the outside is very minimal. The room, bathroom, kitchen are very clean, and the staf, Mikeela, is very friendly en helpful. Great stayed in Rome.

You have to pay up front. No reception so no easy checkout is the explanation. Well if you have a problem with the room then you are in a difficult situation! Do NOT go for the apartments off a little urban courtyard downstairs out back. You might like it and I could have made do but my wife was very disappointed. Basically no natural light. Downstairs one has curtained window on to the hall of upstairs one. Bathroom window out onto dodgy alley. Not good vibe. If you just want a place to sleep then fine. And pot luck on what there is for what is really self catering breakfast. And shower riser broken and fridge door and a few lights not working and in need of a bit of paint/repairs - just a little below par for what we paid I thought. Shower was hot even if you did have to hold the head up. And wifi downstairs is v poor - I had to sit outside. Actually if you take the table outside and like being friendly and overlooked/overlooking you and want to just be by yourself or with partner you might be in heaven. No reception and girl/cleaner there was not empowered to do much. We did complain and ok he said he would look into the shower (and wifi) but it was a weekend so probably tricky for him. He did answer my emails though. And well this is Italy. Lots of good reviews for the rooms upstairs though. A word on those - they are rooms in a shared apartment (which is as advertised). No iron (normal for Italy it seems). And yeah that door to the courtyard is tricky but not impossible. So if you want an alternative to standard hotel/b&b then go for it, but apartments are not worth the extra money. There were a couple of stunning girls staying there - I _had to_ squeeze into the tiny lift with them once - but they are not a permanent feature. We moved out after a couple of nights and near marriage breakdown though - waved goodbye to a few hundred quid - see hotel Torino. Sorry if that sounds a bit negative but I think it was accurate. Oh and slightly seedy area (if that kind of thing bothers you - I liked it - interesting African restaurant). I sort of understand where the really bad review woman was coming from now I've been there.
