“July22 to July 27’s stay in the hotel”
The house cleaning staff is very warm and generous. They freely offer us many bottles of water. But the staff at the check-in counter is not so friendly, claiming that we can only take three bottles of water. Given the high temperature during our stay, such response is not welcoming and friendly.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was very kind and helpful, guest relations, the check in and the restaurant staff. They upgraded our rooms. “Great Hotel when visiting Rome”
This hotel is in a great location near the Vatican and a 10-minute ride from the Colosseum. The NH Collection hotel is beautifully appointed and has all the amenities of a world-class residence.

“Great Stay at the NH Collection Roma Giustiniano!”
We had a wonderful stay! Great location - walking distance to Vatican City! We arrived early and were able to check in early and received a complimentary upgrade! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you to Roberia at the front desk who was warm and friendly when we arrived!

“Great hotel restaurant”
Excellent hotel! The hotel restaurant was amazing and Roberto was incredibly helpful and friendly as our waiter. Would recommend staying here and eating here.
