“Very pleasant stay”
Booked into a “double classic” room but on arrival were upgraded to their “spa suite”. The spa suite isn’t worth it, spa is cold and floods into bedroom! despite the exterior appearance seeming to be perfection once you turn on the spa jets and leave them on to attempt a cold plunge the room floods and a lot. I saw a lot of mixed reviews for this hotel so was nervous when we got here. However on arrival we were upgraded for free and were shown to our room.
