“acceptable but oppresive staff”
pleasant room and convenient for most of rome sights. Id not recommend as staff could not understand that id booked through an agency and were badgering me that they had negotiated a price that was lower than there normal rate. bad on them and the agency - co-op travel

“Modern and just ok.”
We stayed at standard room. It was a clean, modern room but a bit small (like a typical business hotel). We got a room that's right next to the reception and we could hear the receptionists' conversation all night long (they love to talk loud).
