We are an INN that is a collection of historic townhouses and luxury penthouses located around the prime area of the Spanish Steps and Square. Our stylish and luxury accommodations include rooms, suites, and apartments across several buildings. All of our below structures are located just a stone’s throw away from the Spanish Square.

“The Inn with a View.”
Fantastic location. Not a conventional hotel. Breakfast on a small terrace on the 5th floor as was our room. Above the hullabaloo sit back and enjoy a mid afternoon cocktail/Prosecco after a hard day's sightseeing. Excellent local restaurants close by. Communication links are good and convenient.
