“A fantastic BnB”
Great service, great location and great views. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Fantastic, large room with en suite bathroom and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety and great coffee. Looking forward to returning in the future.

“Excellent small hotel ”
Excellent small hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre of Tivoli. Lovely clean fresh rooms. Comfortable beds excellent breakfast. We stayed for a week and would highly recommend for a stay in this great town.

This bnb could be extraordinary with some tweaks. The location is ideal for visiting Villa d'Este. But having walked to the other side of town, I must report that it is the better side.
