“Location, location, location...but not only!”
Once again in Varazze, at the Marina for work, as always. Same hotel, always welcoming and comfortable. Great location. “Very friendly atmosphere and comfortable stay”
I had special requirements, disabilities-related, and they have all been accommodated. There are a few steps, not many, at the entrance but otherwise the hotel is disabled friendly, with a lift and disabled-friendly rooms. Staff very friendly.

“Nice Hotel with Excellent Location”
We have stayed at Hotel Cristallo in Varazze many times and always had a very good experience. The location is excellent - just one block from the beach. The staff is very helpful and eager to take care of guests. The complimentary hotel breakfast is good and well managed.

“Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion.”
I don't like making negative comments but i wouldn't class this hotel as a 4 star. It started with a very sullen welcome and never really improved. The hotel is badly in need of re-decoration. We had a 'superior' room, I wouldn't want to see a standard room. There was a lot of noise from above … more
