The pluses are a great location right on the lake and close to where the lake boats set off from. Pay the extra for the superior room with a lake view, it really is worth it. Beautiful view from room No dairy free stuff at breakfast. Very surprising in 2024 they need to consider this. Receptionist very grumpy when we arrived after exhausting journey. Needed wi fi to enable app to pay! She pretended not to understand so we had to ask a waiter to explain!!
