“Little gem”
Not sure what happened to other reviewers but.. Arrived to a prompt, friendly check in. Shown to our room which was very clean, large enough with a comfortable bed & much needed excellent air con. Nothing very fancy but everything you need. 20 minute walk into town. Spacious locked parking .... pe… more

“Best combination of rented apartment and hotel”
The rooms are renovated apartment in a rustic building. It gives very nice “local” living experience with good hotel service. The place is located 10 mins of a lazy walk from Mantua old-town and about 5 from train station, but very quiet during the nights.

“Good”
This is a lot better than one’s initial impression might indicate. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was good - clean and warm. Very comfortable bed. Quiet - I slept like a log. It is just over the road from the station and a ten minute walk from the centre.

Booked here for proximity to train station. Can't be beaten for that unless you sleep in a carriage at the station. But if you are staying as a tourist not the liveliest part of town.
