Very nice stay, bathroom looked recently renovated, amazing shower, very friendly staff. Ilario is the friendliest receptionist I’ve ever met. Samuel from the evening shift was very helpful. Very friendly and helpful at the reception. You have the tram just outside (nr 16) 9 stations and you’re at Duome. “Ok experience for the last minute booking.”
Location is quite ok, many public transport (tram & bus stop nearby). Close to supermarket. few unnecessary stairs to reach check in desk & elevator. Room is very small as we have 2 large suitcases + 1 cabin bag with us. Common space for tea time is available for free. Friendly check in staff.
