“Top service from staff”
Top service in all of Italy. Douglas and Ronald from the restaurant were exceptional at breakfast time. They were friendly and made coffee without even asking. They provided immediate room service when we asked for fresh towels and they were very friendly and professional.

“Basic business hotel, not quite for family”
This is a very basic business hotel, which I made the mistake of booking for a family stay. Location is 10 min walk to the Lambrate subway station which is ok.
