We dined at this restaurant for three nights in a row, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience each time. The pistachio cake quickly became our favorite — truly unforgettable. The entire staff took exceptional care of us; they were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were even recognized when we returned, and they remembered our drink order by the second day, which made us feel right at home. We are huge fans of this restaurant and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, great service, and a delightful atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back! Prego!!

My friend and I stayed at the NH Milano Hotel Fiera from October 7th to 11th, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected from a hotel of this standard. Several issues during our stay left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. To begin with, we were charged €119 for minibar items — which is significantly more than what we actually consumed: 4 cans of still water, 3 cans of coke, one small pack of Quavers, and one can of beer. There was no price list provided in the room or mentioned at check-in. Instead, there was only a vague card that said: “You fancy anything today? Scan the barcode for menu prices.” We were never informed that minibar items were chargeable or how much they cost. What makes this even more confusing is that at check-in, the hotel requested a pre-authorization of €119 for “extras.” Then at check-out, we were asked to pay exactly €119 — the same amount — for minibar charges. This gives the impression that guests are charged a fixed fee regardless of what they actually consume. If that’s the case, it’s extremely misleading and unfair. If not, then the minibar tracking system is unreliable, as we have no way to verify what was or wasn’t used. It raises concerns about billing accuracy and potential overcharging. In addition, we were incorrectly billed for a dinner we never had, and there was also an attempt to charge us again for the first night of our stay — which had already been paid in advance. These errors were only corrected after I showed proof of payment, but the process caused unnecessary stress and undermined trust in the hotel's billing system. Another issue involved my personal face towel, which I had left in the room. When we returned from being out for the day, I found it discoloured with pale patches that looked like bleach stains. While it didn’t cause skin irritation, it’s unacceptable for personal belongings to be affected by harsh cleaning products without warning. This could be a serious issue for guests with sensitive skin or allergies and raises concerns about housekeeping protocols. Overall, what could have been a comfortable and enjoyable stay was marred by poor communication, billing confusion, and lack of attention to guest property. I am requesting a full review of the charges, a partial or full refund for the minibar, and confirmation that all incorrect charges have been removed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving transparency, billing accuracy, and housekeeping standards. Based on this experience, I would unfortunately hesitate to return or recommend the hotel.
