Wonderfull view to lake, wonderfull arounds, wonderfull breakfast. Wonderfull hotel that exceeded my expectations due to the view and very good price/quality. You must know Google Maps can guide you to take the "Strada della forra" to get to hotel. This is a marvelous and very scenic route through the mountain, but I recommend it only for experienced and not nervous drivers, because is there are many curves and the lanes are very, very narrow. This route closes the 2 ways traffic during the day. It could meke it easier. In any case, there are other routes, similar time to get to hotel, just take notes and do investigation to prevent to get scared if Google Maps selects that route.

“Beautiful hotel with fantastic view”

My partner and I stayed for 3 nights in August 2019. The roads are narrow up to the hotel but for the view, its very much worth it. My partner and I stayed for 3 nights in August 2019. The roads are narrow up to the hotel but for the view, its very much worth it. The room was overlooking the lake, it had Italian charm with a new modern bathroom, breathtaking. The hotel staff worked so hard and made our stay perfect. Air conditioning is 3eur a night but we only got charged for one night but had it for the whole stay! Would recommend and already looking forward to coming back.

We went to this hotel for only one night, while we were on tour going more to the south of Italy. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and the swimming pool and pool area were very comforting. Besides the fact that everything looked a bit dated, the great asset of this hotel is the personnel. We had a tremendous nice dinner, mainly due to the excellent, friendly, non-pushy waitresses. But the best is yet to come: we left our spare rechargeable battery in the room by mistake. Just one email was enough to have them send the package to our home address, with no extra charge (which we offered). Excellent!

Village Hotel Lucia We’ve just spent 2 nights at the Village Hotel Lucia. Pros - View of Lake Garda. The hotel has wonderful views of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. - Swimming pool. Lovely big swimming pool which is great for a morning swim. - The village of Tremosine is a 15 minute walk from the hotel and is delightful. We spent an evening there. Cons - No air conditioning in rooms. You have to pay extra to get this which in our opinion is a huge con. Most hotel rooms have this as standard. - Outdated decor. The whole hotel feels like a throwback from the 1970s. The hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. You have to walk up a flight of stairs and through the restaurant to get to the reception desk. Strange layout. - Limited breakfast. For such a large hotel, there is a limited offering at breakfast. Mostly dry goods and out of a packet food. The coffee from the machine is awful too. - WiFi is very poor. I get that you don’t want to be checking your phone every two minutes whilst on holiday, but WiFi is good to look up trips and research the local area. The WiFi is non-existent and you have to pay to get the “premium” WiFi which I’ve heard is hardly any better. - Small bathroom. Our room had a small, dark bathroom with a small shower cubicle. The rooms are fine, but the bathroom seems to have been left in the 1970s. Not nice. - Location. The views from the hotel are amazing but this comes at a price in that the hotel is far from the major roads. It adds 45 minutes to any journey to get to the hotel from the main road around Lake Garda and the major motorways. - Road to the hotel. We saw this in the reviews so we were prepared for this, but it still came at a surprise as to how difficult it was to get to this hotel. Don’t stay here unless you have a rental car. - Arrival. Upon arrival to the hotel we were greeted by a young lady who scanned our passports and gave us our room key card. That’s it. No details about the hotel, no details about the area or where to find the nearest restaurants, no offer to help us take our bags to our room. We had to ask which room we were in - no offer to direct us to our hotel room. This may have come down to inexperience but not what you expect of a check in experience. Overall our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Perhaps we were spoilt at your previous hotel (which is also a 3 star hotel), but for the amount of money we paid to stay here (£225 for two nights), it’s not worth the money. If you’re someone who enjoys visiting places and sightseeing, my advice would be to stay somewhere closer to the major motorways south of the lake. There’s also a lot more to do there without travelling for miles and miles to get to your hotel.
