We did a mystery holiday and for what we paid it’s exactly what you get. Staff was very friendly. Catered to all our needs. “Lack of information.”
Disappointed no information given on how air conditioning works. It was only when another guest told us it was controlled by the front desk that we realised we had been suffering in the heat unnecessarily.
