The room was quite small but that may have been due to the booking by the agent as a solo traveller - it was adequate though. Clean, comfortable with an opening window. Despite a mix up about the breakfast inclusion (which was sorted very quickly the following morning) staff were friendly and helpful. Located very close to Milan Centrale train station, many restaurants and about a forty minutes walk to the Duomo.

My wife, sister-in-law and I spent a week at the C-Atlantic Milano hotel and I need to tell you about it! First, the location we all agreed is excellent. No, it's not by the Duomo - it's by the Milano Centrale train station and a 1 block walk to the Metro. We were there for leisure and it was just the perfect location. Also, while we only had 3 people in the room, we wanted a double for sister-in-law since she was paying 1/2 so we booked a 4-person room. The room size was not huge, but bigger than one we had in Rome with all the conveniences you'd expect including a hair blow dryer which is handy since most don't work on European voltage even with an adapter. I would have given it 5 stars anyway, but let me tell you a little story. We took a taxi back to the Malpensa airport (not cheap - like $124 EU) but just after the taxi left we noticed we were missing a bag. Our first assumption was the taxi driver left it in the car, but that was not the case. I'd left it just outside the hotel door! It was a carry-on so not huge, but still... Wifey was not happy. Happily the hotel held the suitcase for us and once I'd gotten back home I started searching for a way to ship it back. (sendmybag.com eventually via DHL at roughly $150 - which ain't bad.) But the issue was the labels for DHL. sendmybag sent me a .pdf file but of course I had no way to print or affix it to the bag. I wrote to Atlantic Hotel explaining the situation and asking if they could print it out. Happily, they had no problem doing so. Now that is frankly above-and-beyond what a hotel should be expected to do, especially when it was clearly my fault and problem! I'd thought I'd have to impose on some friends we had in Milano, but Atlantic came through for me. The bag JUST arrived (ordered on Monday, arrived on Thursday! Not bad at all!) I don't know who personally I should thank at the hotel, but whoever you are - from the bottom of my heart Thank You SO Much! I have to be honest, I doubt I will visit Milano again - though it was a completely wonderful experience. But if I ever do, I will absolutely stay at the Atlantic Hotel! I actually have no criticism for the hotel at all, though I regret we never went to the breakfast or bar. As much as I'm sure it was great, when you're on vacation in Milano you want to go out and not spend too much time in the hotel - as tempting as that is! Very clean, perfectly safe neighborhood, convenience to public transportation (some of our tour buses left from the train station like 2 blocks away), nice restaurant literally next door, breakfast place across the street, English spoken well and helping me with my luggage problem afterwards. Literally what's not to love?

“Defiantly recommended this hotel”

Amazing hotel- very close to central station and metros to get around the city so easily. We visited for my partners birthday and the staff were lovely. Amazing hotel- very close to central station and metros to get around the city so easily. We visited for my partners birthday and the staff were lovely. On the Sunday evening my partners birthday Giulia (hopefully remembered name correctly) she brought a bottle of Prosecco to the room to celebrate his birthday. This was a lovely touch and made our evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
