I'd describe it as an average hotel with friendly and helpful personnel. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and luckily there was a room ready for us. Cleaning of the room was OK. “Basic clean hotel, don't expect too much.”
Basic hotel, room’s interior and surfaces old and faded. Good bed and really clean room. The staff is really friendly. Located in China Town, walking distance to attractions. The sofa in the room is really dirty and disgusting, it should be taken to the landfill.

“Friendly, well located city centre hotel.”
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The location is very accessible to public transport and Duomo/ Milan Central station can be easily reached in less than 1/2hr.
