“Good location and helpful owners”
Three of us stayed one night on our way south. The B&B had a lot of things going for it. Luigi drove us around in his own car on a quick orientation visit soon after our arrival and then at night again he drove us to our restaurant (I had a sore ankle and this was a godsend). Very nice BB - runned by 2 brothers, very clean, Luigi was very helpful took us to the center with his car and show us where to go and where to eat - loved every moment there. Breakfast is very basic but nice

“Perfect to visit Alberobello !”
First impression is not too good: looks like a motel and very noisy. But everything changes; Rooms are comfortable, good equiped and clean. The hotel is from a short walking distance of all the touristic places and restaurants. Super friendly host giving many tips what to do in the area.

“Very friendly”
We had an excellent, large room with plenty of wardrobe space, a comfortable large double bed and good bathroom facilities. The Residenza is an economical B&B with extremely friendly service. Luigi was most helpful and recommended the best eating places in town centre that is only 5 minutes walk … more

“close to the trullidistrict, wonderfull owners”
The owners are so friendly and helpfull people, this is the big + of this b&b. One of the owners brought me to the trullidistrict to give me a quick tour and he brought me an umbrela as it started raining. Breakfast is good. Nice spacious room. Bathroom is very small and cold (in september).
