“High standard, great value”
This was a "pit stop" to break a long south to north journey, but Hotel Cecere deserves to be seen as a worth a detour. Other than Matera, a UNESCO World Heritage site,about 40km away, there are few obvious tourist attractions in the immediate neighbourhood, and we would guess most of the cliente... more

“great, friendly staff&fantastic restaurant”

“Simply the best”
we were here for 2 weeks with six people. This was really one of the best experiences we have had over our many years of travelling. Food here is beyond imagination. Typical Itaian (puglian )food. “Diamond in the Rough”
We got rooms here at the last minute and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised that this hotel in the middle of nowhere worked out very well. The people were very nice and helpful. “Friendly and Clean”
Spent two nights touring the area. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and the meals good. Breakfast was included and was excellent. In addition to typical Italian coffee they had Cafe Americano which was like I drink in America. I'd stay here again.
