A group of 3 persons spent 7 nights in the hotel while being on the project meeting in Monopoli. The location is perfect as it is situated almost in the Old Town, close to the train station. The Interior tends to be posh. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, comfortable beds, wardrobes, TVset, balcony. Most important - rather big bathroom, plenty of towels and everything is clean and tidy. The owners and staff are very polite and kind people. Every morning freshly baked croissants, focaccia and coffee at your request prepared and served by signora Sabrina and pieces of music played by her husband made the breakfast time very pleasant. We had a nice stay in this B&B hotel.

We spent 3 nights in Sogno D Epoca 1822, in room no. 3 with a balcony. Super friendly service, rooms clean and nice as in the photos. Very good location, close to the sea and the old town. Breakfast with delicious croissants, focaccia and coffee served on the terrace on the 3rd floor with a selection of other delicacies / cold cuts, rolls, cheese, jams, honey /. Elevator ok. Good panzerotti at Pizzeria,, Il Ritrovo,, on the same street. There were no problems with parking on the neighboring streets. We recommend it because the place is really clean and in a good location with good service.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during our Puglia road trip, using it as our base to explore the area. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Old Town and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The host was very responsive and always replied quickly whenever we had a question, which we really appreciated. Room was spacious but there was nothing to store luggage. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our three-night stay was the Wi-Fi. It simply did not work in our room at all. We were staying on the -1 level, which we knew when booking, but we did not expect it to affect the internet connection (we were told to turn on/off the router, but still no signal). Interestingly, the Wi-Fi worked once we went upstairs, so it seems the issue was on the lower-level rooms. The bathroom could also use a more thorough cleaning, as there was some mold present, which was disappointing. Same with the room floor... Regarding parking, it is true that street parking is available, but finding a space is extremely difficult. Even if you're willing to pay for one of the paid parking spots, availability is very limited, so be prepared to spend some time searching. Breakfast was acceptable, but very basic. The selection was limited, the quality of the products was fairly average, and there was little variety. It would also be nice to have the option to prepare your own coffee or tea instead of having it served. Overall, the great location and responsive host were definite positives, but the unreliable Wi-Fi, bathroom cleanliness, difficult parking, and basic breakfast made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

She made our stay nice! the hotel would be nothing without her literally!the hotel itself was not noise proof! you could here the guest next room snoring! the bed was not comfortable at all! but thank you Kristina for making that hotel friendly and alive!
