“Great stay”

Had a lovely stay and BB Smarthotel Bailey’s. Lovely hotel with brilliant staff. Service was very good and rooms were clean and comfortable. Special mention to Virginia who was very helpful and made our stay much more comfortable. Recommended!

“You’ll love it!”

Was also pleasantly surprised by the BB Bailey’s! The staff and mainly front desk were so accommodating. They made restaurant reservations and scheduled taxis for us many times. “Not just tourists and limited reception”

It was an apartohofel which was disappointing. Limited reception and people living in the block. Lots of comings and goings. Good location in financial district and close to some lovely restaurants . You need to be independent to enjoy the hotel as limited help.

“A bit short in services for a four star hotel”

It was clean and had good toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. They give you slippers. The room was quiet enough. “Good but not excellent ”

Good location , Excellent bed linen and comfortable bed. Staff friendly , but compared to other 4 star properties in the same area it does not match,it has far fewer facilities, and services.
