The Boutique Hotel is clean and very modern. Not large by American standards, but very comfortable. What made our stay at the hotel and trip to Rome amazing was Stefano. He was very attentive without being overbearing, made us feel comfortable in an unfamiliar city and gave us excellent advice on which neighborhoods to explore, some basic Italian customs, etc. His input really made our trip to Rome amazing.

The staff at the hotel were so attentive whatsapping us before we arrived to ensure the room was ready even though we would be earlier than the check in. The staff at the hotel were so attentive whatsapping us before we arrived to ensure the room was ready even though we would be earlier than the check in. We advised our flight was very late on our check out date and the receptionist very kindly offered to let us keep the room till late on check out date to store our bags and freshen up before the flight for no extra charge. This was such a nice gesture and we are so grateful. The hotel is sometimes known as Hotel Joli on maps and even the sign at the front door says this. Like most places in Italy it was quite hard to find out which floor you was in and how to get there. But once you get the lift up to the top floor theres a gorgeous reception waiting. The hotel is immaculately clean and is very luxurious, it smells gorgeous the minute you walk in. Our room was very large and spacious and was everything we wanted and needed, it was the comfiest bed on all of our travels! The location is the absolute asset for this place! its a stones throw from the Vatican, Castle D'Angelo and the ottaviano metro station. It also has a lovely little food market a couple of doors up and a cafe across the road so you couldnt ask for more. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place as its the best value for money hotel ive ever stayed at.

The Boutique Hotel is a beautifully elegant hotel. Placed on the 6th floor, the hotel is tucked nicely behind two security gates and a short elevator ride. The Boutique Hotel is a beautifully elegant hotel. Placed on the 6th floor, the hotel is tucked nicely behind two security gates and a short elevator ride. The sliding door is very fancy and the foyer is open and tasteful. Situated within a short walk from the metro, bus stops and the Vatican. The Boutique Hotel is ideally situated close to everything. The manager who met us was Stefano, quite simply charming and helpful throughout our stay. Always quick to reply on WhatsApp and went out of his way to help us many times. Travelling during this uncertain period he really made us feel comfortable and at home. The rooms at the boutique hotel are spacious and feel very boutique. The marble walls in the bathroom were beautiful, the shower and amenities just great. The bed and linen were of a very high quality and very impactful. All details covered including strong Wi-Fi, many electrical plugs, good lighting, tea and coffee facilities, mini bar and ample storage inc safe. We will definitely use this place again the next time we are in Rome. Thank you so much Stefano and the team.
