A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The staff are incredibly responsive and kind. The children's playroom and game room are large and provided hours of entertainment. The pool is lovely. A lovely stay - we will definitely be back.

The rooms are so big and clean! Very impressed. This hotel is beautiful from rooms to the amenities to location. Staff, particularly at reception, are so friendly. Initially I was worried that the location might be a bit of a walk from the bus stop but it was only a few minutes especially when you find a few cut throughs. As we didn’t have a car the hotel organised for a driver to meet us at the bus stop to collect us and our luggage, and dropped us off for our departure. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. More than enough choices with snacks available to get you through the day hiking. A real highlight for our daughter was the indoor/ outdoor pool at the end of a long day hiking. My husband loved the saunas. Bed linen was lovely and plenty of towels. For people from the desert who live in AC we enjoyed being able to leave the balcony door open at night. And the roller screen on the balcony ensured total blackout with fresh air still getting through. The balcony is a great size for chilling and reading. Our only negative was the noise of children running about until after midnight in rooms above us. But it wouldn’t stop us visiting Emmy again, we’d just make sure to request a room on the top floor😊 A fabulous stay at a beautiful family hotel.

Starting with the positives, the room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and meticulously cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a commendable selection of breakfast and dinner options, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. The outdoor pool and sauna facilities were enjoyable, offering a refreshing respite after long hours spent on the slopes. Furthermore, the convenience of a complimentary ski shuttle to and from the slopes added to the overall convenience and accessibility of the hotel Emmy Five Elements Hotel staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, especially during dinner service, where their warmth and attentiveness enhanced the dining experience. Moreover, the panoramic view from the hotel, overlooking the village centre and the majestic Dolomites, added a picturesque touch to each day of our stay. However, despite these positive aspects, some notable drawbacks detracted from the overall experience. One significant issue was the excessive heat in the room, attributed to underfloor heating, which proved difficult to regulate. The lack of temperature control options necessitated leaving the balcony doors open for ventilation. Additionally, while the hotel boasted family-friendly amenities, such as the spa and pool facilities, the proximity between the relaxation area and the children's pool resulted in a noisy atmosphere that detracted from the tranquil ambience one might seek in a spa setting. This aspect made the hotel less conducive to relaxation for adult guests seeking a quieter retreat. In conclusion, Emmy Five Elements Hotel offers many desirable amenities and services that contribute to an enjoyable and comfortable stay, including spacious accommodations, delicious dining options, and stunning views. However, improvements in temperature control and spa ambience could enhance the overall guest experience, particularly for adult travelers seeking a more serene environment.
