“BEST HOTEL IN ORTISEI”
Rita was the best!! She is the sweetest person and was really kind. She is all we hope to meet whenever we visit a new country. She is truly helpful!! Also, the hotel was very clean and warm. I really recommend everything about this hotel!!

“Family feeling”
Staying at the hotel for six nights with the family, when visiting Val Gardena for the first time. We have had a great stay, a good breakfast and three course dinner in the evening. “Rita was fantastic!”
