I with my wife, children and friends (six people) spent a wonderful week in Madonna. Chalet All'Imperatore exceded our expectations. A great location, restaurant, caring staff made our stay so unique. Pavel at the restaurant was the best! My daughters liked pastas and deserts so much! The room with a balcony and nice views was great as well as the spacious spa and the hot tub outside in the snow. Above all, we felt at home. It is hardly surprising considering that All'Imperatore is a real family business where the owners manage bar, reception, restaurant and drive the shuttle. We regularly ski at Madonna. The last hotel before All'Imperatore was Spinale with the best location there, the next one was Cristal Palace with the best views, yet All'Imperatore proved to be the absolutely best one. We are looking forward to coming back there.

The staff, the food, the facilities, I couldn't find a single fault, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff, cleaners and bar staff. “A excellent hotel”

I cannot speak to highly of this hotel. The staff were friendly and so helpful. We were driven in the hotels minibus to and from the slopes each morning. We never needed to wait for this service. I cannot speak to highly of this hotel. The staff were friendly and so helpful. We were driven in the hotels minibus to and from the slopes each morning. We never needed to wait for this service. The hotel was spotless and the rooms serviced everyday. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and outdoor jacuzzi which had to be booked due to covid. We used these facilities at four o’clock when it was not busy and three of us had it to ourselves. Food was excellent. We ordered our breakfast items in advance except for cooked breakfast that you ordered each morning. At breakfast we ordered our evening meal choices. Choices were varied and all meals were beautifully presented. We certainly did not go hungry. Cakes, fresh fruit salad and strudel were available from 4-5pm. We had a family room which was spacious and had a corner seating area and jacuzzi bath. There was plenty of storage space. We absolutely loved this hotel and if we return to this area would certainly be rebooking. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

We are seasoned travelers, and have stayed at many hotels around the world. But our family skiing vacation stay at Chalet L'Imperatore was one of our most enjoyable and memorable experiences ever! Our entire family was delighted and impressed with the spacious and clean rooms, the facilities (especially the external hot tub and indoor spa area), the superb innovative and always surprising gourmet food at the restaurant, the daily free shuttle to and from the ski lifts, the complimentary après-ski desserts in the main hall area, but most of all, the AMAZING HOSPITALITY of every staff member - from the reception personnel, to the shuttle driver, to the restaurant maître and waiters, and even the spa attendant. All of this making it a simply excellent vacation stay at a more than reasonable price, in spite of my wife's skiing accident on the last day, with which the staff proved to be so caring and helpful in their assistance throughout the day, driving us back and forth to the medical center, to the pharmacy, and to the covid-19 testing place, all for free. We will not forget the very helpful and caring Claudia and the rest of the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Thank you so much! We will surely be back!!!
